The rehearsal dinner provides an opportunity for the wedding party, close family members, and out-of-town guests to gather around and kick-off the wedding weekend! The atmosphere of the dinner can range from intimate and relaxed to festive and celebratory, depending on the couple’s preferences. This rehearsal dinner took place at Flora Farms, which is a farm-to-table restaurant that allows a enjoy dinner under the sky, fresh produce, and a sense of tranquility and calmness that guarantees an incredible experience for everyone in attendance.
The LDE team works to curate every detail of the evening inspired by the bride and groom. In this case, the mother-in-law of the bride was a key part of the execution of the overall aesthetic adding a pop of color, contrasts with black, and design close to her heart.

Black and white tableware with a pop of color like orange and Mexican pink is what makes it more special! We added a station full of customized coronitas for the escort station to keep you fully refreshed 😉
The long table allows your guests to participate in a big conversation while everyone gets a chance to engage in conversations like “how long has it’s been since I last saw you?”
It’s all on the details! A beautiful paper menu with fresh cut papaya and custom leather luggage tags embossed with the wedding logo. The contrast between the black table and the orange elevates the overall aesthetic and design.
Celebrate the night away with friends and family, and take a moment to commemorate the first fiesta of a magical weekend.

Pool Party & Welcome Dinner

The Pool Party & Welcome Dinner was a fantastic way to kick off the festivities and create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Lauren and Willy decided to have theirs at the luxury beachfront resort destinated for their Reception, Esperanza, an Auberge Resorts Collection.
For the Pool Party, the LDE team decorated the pool area with vibrant colors, inflatable pool floats, and banners that matched the event, setting up seating areas with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables for guests to relax and socialize..
Lauren and Willy ended the special night by spontaneously jumping into the pool fully dressed, and all of their friends following suit is one of the many memories that everyone will remember forever.
In Los Cabos what could be better then a pool party with all your favorite people. Esperanza Resort and Residences is one of the few venues that has a pool that can be privatized for events.
Lauren and Willy enjoyed some cold coconut water with branded custom coconuts to elevate the detail.
Fun games are just a great excuse to bond with everyone and get the feeling of love in the air!
Lauren and Willy opted for a Mexican inspired Rehearsal Dinner with items such as custom “papel picado”. You cannot beat the Ocean Front vista from La Palapa at Esperanza

Lauren and Willy decided to get married in Esperanza as a homage to growingup coming to the property for 20 years for family vacations. The ceremonyvenue was a compilation of a backdrop of beautiful selected flowers and theexpansive blue sky intertwined with the ocean making our client’s vision cometo life. Once the bride walked down the aisle, Willy’s father began the ceremonyas their officiant, and they exchanged their vows in front of their family andfriends.
The reception venue welcomed the newlyweds and their guests to a livelycelebration. A delectable meal, drinks, and a joint cake-cutting added to themerriment. Thoughtfully selected decorations, flowers, and elements created anambiance aligned with the couple’s vision. Beyond celebrating love andcommitment, a wedding reflects personalities, values, and the shared journey.Lauren’s words encapsulated her day: “The happiest, most special day filledwith dear friends and family, crafting memories for a lifetime.”
