Lynette Dow
Founder · Curator
Lynette was raised in Nashville, TN and has been based in Cabo San Lucas, Mx for 11 yrs. With over 9 yrs of experience in the local event industry, she has cultivated a wealth of knowledge about venues and vendors. Through-out her career, she has fostered strong working relationships within the event community.
When she’s not working she is out and about enjoying Baja adventures with her family, getting her hands dirty in the garden, and cooking just about anything.

Alejandra Guerrero
Head Of Events
Alejandra is a curious soul whose passion for events goes back to her teenage years in Cabo working at kid parties. She then moved to Mexico City where she got all her studies and wonderful work experience. Now she is back in her hometown pursuing her life-long dream of creating memorable events.
In her free time, Alejandra is a passionate traveler, loves cooking and eating, dances everywhere there is music and is never short of movie quotes (especially Disney).

Ceci Gamez
Cecilia grew up between Mexico and Arizona, and has been living in Los Cabos for 15 years. She strives in planning everyone’s celebrations since she can remember. With a major in cinematography and a great passion for anything design, she now creates extraordinary events that feel like one of a kind experiences.
When Ceci is not executing events, you can find her perfecting every single hobby that crosses her path, from baking beautiful cakes, to hand-lettering, to plotting new trips to go around the world where to get inspired for her upcoming events.
Katie LaFrance
Katie is an Arkansas native who ventured to Los Angeles to attend UCLA. It was while pursuing her degree that she forged a successful career in the fashion and marketing industries, collaborating with prominent global brands. From attending fashion weeks to luxury brand activations, Katie’s highly creative and keen eye for aesthetics resonates with her love of uniting people and celebrating life’s momentous occasions. Having spent most of her life visiting Los Cabos with her family, is was in 2022 that Katie became wholly captivated by the region’s vibrant culture and breathtaking beauty, inspiring her move to Los Cabos.
Katie’s passion for wanderlust was ignited early on through her travels to 45+ countries during her junior professional tennis career. Although tennis remains a cherished passion, she now spends most of her free time on the pickleball court and cherishing moments with her four adorable puppies.
