While getting ready and about to experience one of the best days of her life, Cecilia had a little help from her son Hudson. The bride wore Blammo-Biamo from Magnolia Monterey Bridal and Jimmy Choo shoes, paired with her grandmother’s ring that has been passed down from generations to complete her bridal look.
The venue speaks for itself at The Cape, A Thompson Hotel. It has always been a fan-favorite, and Cecilia’s and David’s wedding took it to the next level with its captivating flower arrangement and chairs both elegant and minimalistic. The backdrop of the Ceremony was the everlasting ocean, the perfect template to say “forever”.
Surrounded by friends, family, and love ones, Cecilia walked down the aisle while Cabo Strings played Elvie’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” as a tribute to Dave’s late father. With that in mind, the bride and groom created a meaningful memory that ensured they both felt his presence.
When vows were exchanged and promises made, Cecilia and David welcomed everyone into their Reception: a beautifully curated space with details such as Himalayan salt shot glasses filled with tequila to get the party started! To add an additional touch, they decided to include their guest’s names on each of the glasses to create the table sitting chart.
Another peculiarity was the color palate in which the black of the chairs intertwined perfectly with the white, beige, and a pinch of pink flowers elevating the aesthetic and feels of the wedding into a classy, well-curated color scheme.
Once everyone settled down, enjoyed each other’s company, and had dinner and some cocktails, the first dance happened and Cecilia and David could not have been any happier. They danced the night away with Hudson by their side under twinkling disco balls and the blue night Cabo San Lucas sky!
A perfect April wedding with perfect weather made it possible for Cecilia to change into a stunning short dress while a display of fireworks took upon the sky to end a night that will forever hold close to our bride and groom’s heart.
