A Rehearsal Dinner commences with a simple yet significant idea – the desire for your loved ones to become better acquainted before the grand festivities unfold. In all your wedding events, a distinctive feature is the personal touch that reflects “you” throughout the design and ambiance of the entire wedding weekend. Encourage creativity, drawing inspiration from Sara and Ryder’s imaginative “piñatas” seating chart. Feel empowered to adorn the venue with decorations and convey appreciation to your guests through thoughtful tokens of gratitude. In their considerate approach, Sara and Ryder opted for a blend of vibrant red tones with ample white, enhanced by the allure of “papel maché” and twinkling lights, infusing a touch of Mexican culture into their celebration. Let their example inspire your own unique and meaningful touches as you prepare for this special event.

When picking a venue for your Welcome Party, like Sara and Ryder did at El Huerto, explore the many fantastic options available. Your goal is to create an amazing weekend with loved ones in a venue that reflects your essence. El Huerto, a farm-to-table restaurant, has a unique story as it’s owned by a local family from Miraflores in Los Cabos. While venue selection is crucial, also consider the details like your flowers, rentals, and culinary offerings. Sara and Ryder went for tasty treats like corn with “tajin” and lime, along with various organic dishes. Their color palette featured pinks, purples, and a lively pop of orange. See your Welcome Party as a chance to relax before the big day. Enjoy the moment and remember there’s still more celebration to come! After their Welcome Party, Sara and Ryder continued the fun at a local bar in downtown Cabo San Lucas. The decision to keep celebrating is entirely up to you and your future spouse!

The long-awaited Wedding Day has arrived! For Sara and Ryder, it held extra significance as a family friend graciously offered their private estate as the venue.
Sara began the day’s preparations surrounded by her sisters who served as maids of honor, and adorned a stunning Reem Acra gown.
Among the couple’s top priorities were the flowers, and florist Cristina González, in Sara’s own words, “totally nailed it.” The flower arrangements were described as whimsical, unique, and elegantly crafted.
A standout feature for Sara was the flower display at the top of the ceremony aisle. Departing from the traditional flower arch, Cristina’s team designed a breathtaking arrangement of flowers rising in a semi-circle from the ground creating a beautiful backdrop for the couple to exchange vows.
The escort cards took the form of handblown glass hearts, personalized for each guest. They were not only a unique touch but also served as a keepsake for attendees to take home. Sara envisioned them making excellent Christmas ornaments.
The wedding’s color scheme embraced various shades of pinks and soft purples, with accents of white. Inspired by the vibrant bougainvillea flowers that adorn Los Cabos, Sara incorporated these hues, creating a cohesive theme. Purple, a favorite color and a homage to her grandmother, added a personal touch.
When the time for dancing arrived, the couple took center stage with live music from an exceptional band from San Miguel de Allende. As the night progressed, the DJ took over, concluding the memorable evening. To add a surprising touch, Sara and Ryder arranged for fireworks against the backdrop of a big, beautiful full moon night.
